1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Sale items (items purchased on a discount or during a promotional sale) cannot be returned or refunded.
- Change of heart returns (returns made due to a change of mind or preference) are not accepted.

Please note that these non-returnable items are exempt from our standard return policy. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.

3. Returns Process:

If you wish to initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@amberbyjannatluqman.com within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.

Provide your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and a brief explanation for the return request.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping:

For eligible returns, you will pay the shipping fee. Contact us at info@amberbyjannatluqman.com and our customer support team will provide you with a shipping lable or a return address. You can choose a courier company of your choice like TCS, DHL, LCS, etc. Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund can be issued to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank account as per your request. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or Service provider to process the refund, which is beyond our control.

6. Damaged Products:

We inspect the quality of every product before shipping and provide our customers with a deatiled packaging video. This helps us ensure that our customers know that their product is in good condition before it is shipped to them.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. Return the product and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Refund is not possible in case you received a broken item.

7. Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer exchanges due to change of heart. Exchange is only possible if you received an item, you did not order because of our fault. If you wish to exchange that item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired product.

8. Modifications to the Policy:
