We process all orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

We utilize reputable shipping partner to deliver your orders and to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep in 2 to 3 business days.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location. All orders over Rs.3000 qualify for nationwide free shipping.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it. However, if the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return process outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
